After a successful career spanning 36 plus years stewarding the Sales, Marketing & Market research verticals for Unilever, and a brief stint as a Independent strategic consultant, VK Jayadev has founded Konsumer Strategiez Pte Ltd to continue his work.

Jayadev’s experience as a leader of consumer insights , working in several D&E Markets across the world has allowed him to solve difficult insight challenges in Product development, Communication, Digital Engagement which has allowed for a ‘Glocal’ approach while tackling problems; leveraging the global experience while thinking local.

Jayadev has designed several solutions to strengthen innovation and is a strong advisory position for tackling problems related to Innovation, Insight and strategy for companies based in Asia.

He is currently working on developing Market Research solutions by leveraging Information technology capability available in India while benefitting from the strategic advantage of operating from Singapore. The first solution is helping Unilever ensure only top class qualitative researchers work for them has been launched. The next technology enabled project to dramatically improve consumer connectivity in organisations is in the pipeline.

Jayadev is an alumni from Jamnalal Institute of Management studies, University of Mumbai –India

After Graduating in history ( University 2nd Rank and Gold Medal ) in India , Shoba has completed her Masters in Education from Monash University Australia.

Shoba has significant experience in developing and implementing curriculum based on alternative approaches for leading educational organisations in Singapore.

Shoba will support the execution of Unilever’s Gold Standard Accreditation program.
